‘Pet Pals TV’: Bird Fest 2023
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Each and every week, “Pet Pals TV” shares a fun, interesting and informative story about our four-legged and furry friend population.
This week, Patty Spitler, the host of “Pet Pals TV,” was joined by Brittany Davis Swinford, senior park manager at Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis.
Brittany and the rest of the team are preparing for the 6th annual Eagle Creek Park Birding Festival, which runs May 4 – 7 at the Eagle Creek Park Ornithology Center.
“Come to the festival, see our birds, learn how to go bird watching, and learn how to identify birds by sound, by sight…and then be ready from May 9 through 14 — peak bird migration!”
Most programs are free with park admission, but pre-registration for paid programs like Birds & Brushes and Open Water Birding is required.
