Big Ten releases 2020 football schedule

(WISH) — The Big Ten 2020 football schedule has been released. The eight-game conference-only schedule begins the weekend of Oct. 24.
The conference’s Council of Presidents and Chancellors voted unanimously this week in favor of playing football, reversing their earlier decision to cancel the season due to the coronavirus pandemic.
According to the Big Ten, the conference has adopted “significant medical protocols.”
Purdue University and Indiana University won’t meet for a game until December 12.
2020 Indiana University football schedule:
- Oct. 24 vs. Penn State
- Oct. 31 at Rutgers
- Nov. 7 vs. Michigan
- Nov. 14 at Michigan State
- Nov. 21 at Ohio State
- Nov. 28 vs. Maryland
- Dec. 5 at Wisconsin
- Dec. 12 vs. Purdue
- Dec. 19 Big Ten Champions Week – East vs. West
2020 Purdue University football schedule:
- Oct. 24 vs. Iowa
- Oct. 31 at Illinois
- Nov. 7 at Wisconsin
- Nov. 14 vs. Northwestern
- Nov. 21 at Minnesota
- Nov. 28 vs. Rutgers
- Dec. 5 vs. Nebraska
- Dec. 12 at Indiana
