Daughter of Tech coach nearly as competitive as dad
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Texas Tech’s Final Four motto may as well be “don’t mess with Margo.”
Head Coach Chris Beard’s daughter showed her competitive side Friday as she challenged graduate assistant and Texas Tech great Ronald Ross in video games.
Margo is one of Beard’s three daughters. It’s not uncommon to see the girls hugging dad after a big win.
