Former NFL QB Tavaris Jackson killed in car crash, according to report

(WISH) – Former NFL QB Tavaris Jackson was killed in a car crash, according to NFL.com.

The 36-year-old died in a Sunday evening crash in Alabama.

The former Viking, Bill and Seahawk was a second round pick who won a Super Bowl with Seattle.

After his playing career, Jackson had recently moved into coaching. He had been on the coaching staff at Alabama State before most recently joining TCU.
