Frank Gore speaks after signing with Colts
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Running back Frank Gore was expected to have an informal talk with reporters on Tuesday, after signing with the Indianapolis Colts Monday.
“I feel like I came to a great team, a great organization and someone who I feel wanted me,” Gore said.
Gore was among a number of players signed Monday during a run on free agents.
The former Miami Hurricane has rushed for more than 1,000 yards in eight times in his 10-year career, including each of the last four seasons. Gore has also only missed one game in the last four seasons. With 11,073 rushing yards, Gore is currently the 20th leading rusher in NFL history and second among active players. Gore has also been named to the NFC Pro Bowl team five times. Gore will be 32 when the season starts.
