Here's the starting lineup for the Indianapolis 500

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — After a weekend of qualifying at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the field of 33 drivers is set for the 104th running of the Indianapolis 500.

Fans aren’t allowed inside for any of the events surrounding this year’s race, moved from the customary Memorial Day weekend to Aug. 23 due to the coronavirus pandemic. IMS also lifted the local TV blackout of the live broadcast of the race.

Marco Andretti took the pole, marking the first time in 33 years for a member of the Andretti family to clinch it. During a Friday practice, he pulled off the fastest lap of the day (233.4 mph) and, in the process, posted the fastest lap ahead of qualifying at Indianapolis since 1996.
