Agencies responded to a crash at 10:30 Wednesday morning in the westbound lanes of I-70 near in Clay County.
One person has died in a multiple-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 in Clay County, according to reports.
It happened just after 12:30 p.m. when authorities responded to a pedestrian struck call in front of a home on State Road 246.
23-year-old Briana Bingham faces charges of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
The troopers were not injured during the fires.
