Presidents Day weekend also brings along some Presidents Day sales! Lane Hamm, president & CEO of Weekends Only Furniture & Mattress joined us today to talk about what kinds of deals you can expect coming up.
What’s new at Weekends Only Furniture & Mattress?
Our favorite time of the year — Weekends Only “Sell Off Season” starts this week.
Our buyers have been working overtime to bring incredible furniture and mattress deals in for our customers.
This week we’re offering special Presidents Day doorbusters that save our customers up to 60% off the retail price.
What can our viewers expect from Weekends Only during Sell Off Season?
A huge selection of great deals on furniture and mattresses for every room in their house.
The doorbusters are available right now but there are a limited number available so customers will want to shop online now or in-store this weekend before we run out.
Tell me again, where are your Weekends Only locations?
We have two store locations in the Indianapolis area. One in Castleton and another in Greenwood.
Customers love shopping with us because our sales associates are friendly and helpful and they aren’t paid on commission so you won’t feel a lot of pressure to buy until you’re ready.
And, when you do decide to buy, we have financing and lease-to-own options. Plus, get your purchase in a matter of days through our free curb-side pick-up or we’re happy to deliver. Oh, and our stores are open an extra day this weekend – we’ll be open Monday, February 15 for Presidents Day.

It’s never a bad thing to save money. Today Amanda Mobley, president and Christina Huffines, founder of Dotted Line Divas joined us with some tips to help you save and do good for others at the same time.
The Dotted Line Divas are a Indianapolis hygiene pantry off of Michigan Road and 96th Street that holds a drive-through pantry each month.
They supply families with daily items that most food pantries don’t provide and food stamps don’t cover.
Many families are using items such as newspapers for their babies’ diapers or not able to buy basics such as toothpaste, shampoo, pads, or deodorant and we supply those items.
On the third Saturday of every month, from 10 am to 12 pm, cars line up and we bring a bag of these items to each car. People only need to bring a photo ID.
Where to find coupons:
Flipp smartphone app
Store apps (Ex. Kroger and Target)
Facebook deal groups (in state for price checking)
How you can help:
The Dotted Line Divas are looking for businesses to partner with them on the donation drives, volunteers to help once a month, and help spreading the word to families in need.
They also have this Amazon wish list if anyone can’t volunteer their time and would like to donate items from home.
