We’ve been hearing a lot about the positive aspects of gratitude lately.

Gratitude can be life-affirming, but as we head toward Thanksgiving, our national day of gratitude, there’s a growing concern that gratitude can be ‘”bad” in certain circumstances.

Our resident expert on emotional, mental health, and well-being, Doctor Conor Hogan, joined us Friday on “All Indiana” to discuss why gratitude can be bad, what other emotions it can bring up and more.
