Indy Fresh is an Indianapolis owned and operated catering company serving Indianapolis and the surrounding areas, and they specialize in event catering for any occasion.
Chef Ian Stricklin, executive chef, and Ariel Hendrickson, event coordinator, joined us Friday on “Life.Style.Live!” to prepare and showcase some of their delicious handmade pizzas.
Their team owns two pizza trucks, both with the ovens built in so they can cook onsite wherever they go.
They also have a full catering menu including barbecue, deli, Mexican, Italian and more! Indy Fresh can be booked for corporate, wedding and any type of event.
You can find the Indy Fresh Catering truck at the Nickel Plate District concert in Fishers Friday night, as well as at other fun events around town throughout the year.

Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria is looking to hire approximately 140 Central-Indiana employees over the next few weeks as it prepares to expand its Indy operations with a new Broad Ripple dine-in location, currently under construction at 6320 Ferguson Street. Marc Malnati, chairman of Lou Malnati’s Pizzerias, joined us today to share the job opportunities their new restaurant is brining to the Indy area.
The Chicago-style pizza icon is seeking to fill a range of roles, such as bartenders, bussers, cashiers, delivery drivers, dishwashers, hosts, kitchen crew, phone staff and servers. The company is having an open interview event at its Broad Ripple location Thursday, 9/9 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

The new-hire employees will help operate a 5,600 square foot, full-service Lou Malnati’s restaurant and bar in the heart of Broad Ripple with dine-in, carryout and delivery service. This will be Lou Malnati’s first dine-in and bar location in Indianapolis, and will be located adjacent to Fresh Thyme Market at the northwest corner of Ferguson Street and E 63rd Place.
