Holiday World & Splashin' Safari is looking for 250 additional workers to help with the park's new inLine reservation system and to support new cleaning procedures due to COVID-19.
Holiday World plans to open to the public with 50 percent capacity on June 17, with some earlier days reserved for season passholders. The park will sell date-specific tickets online that will need to be taken to the park for admittance.
The scheduled opening day of America's first theme park was supposed to be Saturday, May 2 but the pandemic has postponed it until early June, but now park operators will be hosting a digital opening day instead.
Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari in Santa Claus is aiming to fill 2,000 seasonal positions in the next few weeks as it ramps up its 74th season. The park will be open to patrons in May and is looking to fill a wide variety of roles including operators, food service and in facilities.
