Amber Hankins joined the Life.Style.Live! team as co-host in May of 2015. She began her broadcasting career as a news producer at WCIA-TV in Champaign, IL, while later becoming the station’s Morning Show news reporter and noon anchor. After three years, Amber moved to Kansas City’s KCTV5, working as a reporter and traffic anchor, along with co-hosting the “KC Zoo Show,” a half-hour program for kids.
Shortly after her time in Kansas City, Hankins made the move to Los Angeles where she covered entertainment news, celebrity fashion, movie premieres and events as a red carpet host. She even landed a few acting roles, appearing as an extra in TV shows like “How I Met Your Mother” and “CSI Miami.”
In 2012, Hankins moved to Nashville, TN and helped launch national news network, RFD-TV, where she worked as an anchor and field reporter, covering news and events that impacted rural communities across the country.
Born and raised in Central Illinois, Amber is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University and holds a Masters Degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Amber, her husband Derek, daughter Avery, and sons Ledger and Brigham now call Central Indiana home.

Randy Ollis joined WISH-TV in 1984 as meteorologist for Daybreak and the noon news.
He left a similar position at KTVY-TV, Oklahoma City, to move to Indianapolis.
Before that, Randy held positions at WDTN-TV, Dayton, Ohio, and WSAW-TV in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Randy received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Meteorology from Northern Illinois University and holds the seal of approval from the American Meteorological Society.
In addition to his forecasting and on-air duties at WISH-TV, he often speaks to local schools and various groups about weather casting and careers in television.
Randy and his wife Alison have four girls and six wonderful grandchildren, and are active in their church.

Kayla Sullivan is a television journalist who now brings her professional talents to social media. As an entertainer and content creator, this Indianapolis native reaches global audiences with her humorous “parenting reports.” She joined the WISH-TV team in 2022 to add a fun-loving perspective to the station’s brand of “Focus on Family and the Community.”
Kayla’s unique approach anchors two WISH-TV franchises:
- KIDding with Kayla – Using her trademark “anchor voice” and journalistic storytelling skills, Kayla will produce lighthearted features on parenting from her perspective, while often featuring content based on the real-life exploits of her spirited son Allan!
- Reel Tok – Utilizing a similar style to KIDding with Kayla, she will discuss and opine regularly on family-friendly social media trends across the globe to coincide with WISH-TV’s brand of “Focused on Family and the Community.”
She hopes Hoosier parents will realize they are not alone in their real-life parenting challenges by sharing relatable and inspiring family stories, connecting them to resources, and always giving them a good laugh.
Kayla is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis, where she interned with WISH-TV. She spent seven years broadcasting news in Indianapolis and Lafayette, Indiana.
In her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time outdoors at local parks and lakes, exploring new restaurants and museums, and most of all, spending time with her son Allan – the preschooler with a bright future in entertainment.

Cody Adams came back home to Indiana joining WISH-TV in January 2022. Cody co-hosts All Indiana and Life.Style.Live!
He grew up in Roachdale, Indiana. After graduating from Indiana State University, Cody started his career in news in Terre Haute where he covered everything from sports to presidential candidates stopping in the Hoosier State.
He then moved on to San Angelo, Texas, where he served as the evening anchor. Then he made a stop in Lexington, Kentucky, as the morning anchor, before coming home and working at WISH-TV.
Cody and his wife, Nicole, have two girls, Madi and Ella. They are all excited to call Indiana home again.
