Angela Moryan is an award-winning journalist who joined the WISH-TV sports team in July 2022.

Before her move to Indianapolis, Angela worked almost five years at WDEF in Chattanooga covering the Titans, Falcons, Tennessee Volunteers, Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves. There, she told stories from Super Bowl LIII, the 2022 National Championship, Terrell Owens’ Pro Football Hall of Fame ceremony at UT-Chattanooga and the Braves World Series season – just to name a few. Working in an NFL market has always been her dream.

Indiana is the fifth state Angela has called home. She’s a proud Army brat who grew up falling in love with sports watching her family’s favorite New York teams. She grew up in metro-Atlanta, where she was valedictorian of her class at Trinity Christian School. She then graduated summa cum laude from Georgia College & State University before moving to Myrtle Beach to start her TV career at WMBF News.

While she’s used to spending Saturdays on the SEC sidelines, she’s excited to dive into Big Ten basketball.

Chernoff is a Carmel native who graduated from Carmel High School. In fact, he actually interned at WISH-TV for a couple summers while he attended college at Syracuse University. He is extremely excited to be “Back Home Again in Indiana.”

His favorite sporting event is the Indianapolis 500. As a result, you’ll likely be able to find him at Indianapolis Motor Speedway during the entire Month of May.
