Big changes ahead!

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – One more nice and calm morning with temperatures in the lower to mid-40s with some clouds around. There is also some patchy fog through the morning as well.

Highs Wednesday will top out in the mid-60s with a mix of sun and clouds. Lows Wednesday night will cool to the lower 50s.

The next cold front will pass through the state Thursday packing a punch in two ways. First, it brings widespread rain chances during the day. Highs will still manage to warm to the lower 60s. Right behind the cold front lows will plummet to the lower 30s.

Friday highs will cool to the upper 40s with a partly cloudy sky. Weekend numbers look chilly with precipitation chance for both days! Highs will struggle this weekend to make it to 40° with a spotty mix of rain and snow for both days! Brr. Highs slowly trend towards the upper 40s then 50s by the middle of next week with rain chances returning Wednesday.
