Chilly week ahead
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A cold start to Tuesday morning with temperatures in the upper 20s and lower 30s. It should be a mainly dry day with highs in the mid-40s with a partly sunny sky. Cold Tuesday night with lows in the lower 30s and upper 20s with a clear sky. The is a freeze warning from midnight Tuesday night through 9 am Wednesday morning.
Wednesday will be another cool day with a light wintry mix through the morning. Eventually, the light mix will transition to the light rain through the afternoon. Highs will top out in the upper 40s.
Thursday, we’ll see a brief break from the rain with a mainly cloudy sky. Highs should touch the 50° mark. Our next weather maker will arrive Friday bringing a mix of rain and snow to the area. Highs will cool slightly Friday with most spots in the mid-40s.
This weekend look for dry weather but should still be on the cool side with highs warming to the mid 50s. Slightly warmer Sunday with highs in the lower 60s with a mostly cloudy sky.
