Cool weekend ahead
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We cooled down a little bit for our Thursday with breezy winds and a mix of sun and clouds. Scattered showers also occurred across central Indiana.
Thursday night:
Spotty showers are possible through sunset this evening before diminishing by the overnight hours.
Skies will remain partly cloudy as we dip into the low to mid 40s for our low temperatures.
Friday:
The cooling trend will continue into our Friday to end the work week. Skies will remain partly cloudy as we will only top out in the upper 50s to low 60s for our high temperatures.
Weekend:
Saturday morning will feature one of the coldest mornings for the season so far with patchy frost possible for areas north of Indy. Rain chances return for Sunday with scattered showers and isolated storms possible during the afternoon hours. High temperatures will stick around in the upper 50s to low 60s.
8 Day Forecast:
A fantastic stretch of weather looks to settle in for the new work week next week. High temperatures in the upper 60s to low 70s with a lingering high pressure will give way to a comfortable but dry stretch.
