Cooler temperatures ahead

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A cloudy, humid, and breezy Wednesday is in the books across central Indiana.

Wednesday night:

A stray shower or storm cannot be ruled out before sunset. Otherwise, expect a mainly dry and slightly cooler night under mostly clear skies. Lows will dip into the upper 60s.

Thursday:

Enjoy an average warm late summer day for your Thursday. A stray shower is possible before the lunch hour, but we will be mainly dry throughout the day. Highs will top out in the low to mid 80s.

Friday:

A terrific weather day will be on tap for our Friday to end the work week. Plentiful sunshine and mild temperatures will make way for a great day to get out the door for any activities. Highs will only rise into the mid to upper 70s.

8 Day Forecast:

As we go into the holiday weekend of Labor Day, the fantastic weather trend will continue. Below normal temperatures and low humidity values will be present through Saturday and Sunday. The comfortable temperature trend looks to continue into next week with showers and storm chances returning for next Monday.
