David’s Much Colder Start to the Week

After the rain moved out Sunday afternoon, the coldest air of the season is getting ready to move in. So far, the coldest we have seen this November is a low of 26 on a couple of mornings. by Tuesday morning, we could see a low of 21. Right now, it looks like no travel problems for the Thanksgiving Holiday as temperatures will not be so cold and any precipitation will be light rain.

Tonight – Clearing and colder. Low 27.
Monday – Mostly sunny but still cold. High only 37.
Tuesday – Very cold morning at 21. Mostly sunny and not quite so cold by afternoon. High 42.

Rain that started very early Sunday ended Sunday afternoon. Rainfall amounts were generally 1/4″ to 1/3″.

Since it dried out and did not get too cold, there was a good crowd at the Christkindle Market in Carmel this evening.

On the way to work or school Monday morning we will be dealing with temperatures in the mid 20s and wind chills in the teens. Bundle up!.

Even with quite a bit of sunshine, it does not warm up much Monday afternoon. Stays in the 30s all day.

For all the fun things we have planned, the weather will be fairly cooperative. There is some light rain in the forecast for Thanksgiving in the morning. Otherwise, the holiday will be dry and cold.

8 Day Outlook – A minor warning trend in the middle of the week. Temperatures back to upper 40s to near 50. A chance for rain showers late Wednesday into Thanksgiving morning.
