Hot and humid for the holiday weekend

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We ended the work week on a hot note across central Indiana.

Friday night:

We will have a warm night with lows dipping into the upper 60s to low 70s.

Fourth of July:

Expect a hot and humid Saturday with highs in the low 90s and heat index values in the mid to upper 90s. A stray shower or storm cannot be ruled out before sunset.

Sunday:

We will have a mainly sunny and hot day with a slight decrease in humidity. Highs top out in the low 90s.
