Mild Monday, temps to reach the 60s

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A chilly start to Monday morning with temperatures in the mid-30s to lower 40s with a clear sky! Lots of sunshine Monday afternoon with highs warming to the lower to mid-60s. There could be a few sprinkles in northern Indiana later Monday afternoon and early evening. Central Indiana’s next weather maker arrives late tonight into Tuesday. Lows Monday night will fall to the lower 50s.

Tuesday will be a warm day with highs in the upper 60s to near 70°. There is the chance for a stronger to severe thunderstorm during the evening. Main threat will be damaging winds and hail. Wednesday will be a soggy and cooler day with showers around and highs in the mid-50s.

Showers should eventually move out Thursday afternoon with highs rebounding to the upper 50s to near 60°. Fantastic wrap to the week with highs in the mid 60s with a mix of sun and clouds. Warming up even more this weekend with highs in the mid 70s with a mainly sunny sky.
