One more summerlike day and then showers
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Sunshine and summerlike temperatures to start our workweek. Then some much-needed rain is possible as a weather system moves through late Tuesday and Wednesday.
High temperatures Monday afternoon will be at or near 90 for most of central Indiana. Not extremely humid and there will be a bit of a breeze so not like the 90s we had in August.
A few hours of comfortable weather early in the morning before it really starts to heat up Monday afternoon.
Still, mostly clear skies and warm temperatures overnight into Tuesday morning.
A few more clouds around Tuesday so not quite so hot. But still 7 or 8 degrees above average.
Another very warm day with dry weather lasting through the afternoon.
By Tuesday evening, FutureCast indicates we should start seeing some much-needed showers and maybe a few storms.
There is a slight chance for severe weather with the storms Tuesday evening.
There could be a couple waves of showers Tuesday night and Wednesday.
After showers off and on Wednesday, our weather starts to dry out Thursday. A little cooler for Thursday and Friday and then a warmup for the weekend.
