Precipitation chances to return through midweek
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We got to enjoy a much nicer day for your Tuesday with some peaks of sunshine.
Tuesday night:
A Freeze Warning will be in effect from midnight to 9 AM Wednesday morning.

We will have another chilly night with clouds decreasing overnight. As winds remain light, areas of patchy frost will develop. Lows will dip into the low 30s.

Wednesday:
We will have a light rain/snow mix north of I-70 in the morning hours. Snow will transition to spotty rain showers in the afternoon hours as we warm up. Highs top out in the mid to upper 40s.



Thursday:
There is the slight chance for flurries/drizzle for your Thursday morning. Have the umbrella handy as scattered rain showers are possible in the afternoon hours.

Highs one again top out in the upper 40s.

8 Day Forecast:
Snow showers are possible Friday morning for northern portions of central Indiana. Temperatures look to rise into the upper 50s and low 60s by the weekend. There will be several chances for isolated showers throughout the weekend.. The new work week looks to start off dry with high temperatures in the upper 50s.
