INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We felt the chill today as cooler temperatures and breezy winds were the story across the state to end the workweek.
We will have the coldest night of the week tonight under partly cloudy skies. Winds will remain breezy as we will dip into the upper 20s for our low temperatures. Be sure to bundle up if you are heading out for any plans.
Clouds and winds will increase Saturday morning, leading way to our next chance for rain. Scattered showers will develop Saturday afternoon and continue through the evening hours.
Highs will top out in the low 50s.
A few showers may linger into Sunday morning. Clouds will then decrease and the winds will pick back up by the afternoon hours. Wind gusts could exceed 30 mph. We will have a slightly warmer afternoon with highs rising into the mid 50s.
8 Day Forecast:
Cooler air will re-enter the state to start the workweek, but a gradual warming trend will then take place. High temperatures look to return to the 60s by the end of next week.
