Storm chances this weekend

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A cloudy and mild start to Friday morning with very patchy fog north and temperatures in the mid to upper 60s. It should be another mainly cloudy day with a few peaks of sunshine here and there. Highs Friday will top out in the upper 70s. Friday night will be quiet and cooler with lows in the lower 60s.

Lots of dry time this weekend with highs warming Saturday to the mid-80s with partly sunny skies. A cold front will swing through the state late Saturday sparking a few storms during the evening and overnight hours. There could be an isolated gusty thunderstorm in northeast Indiana. Showers and storms will clear the state early Sunday morning with decreasing clouds and more sunshine during the afternoon. Dew points will also decrease through the afternoon with fairly comfortable conditions through the afternoon with highs in the lower 80s.

Next week looks quiet and pretty sunny with highs hanging out in the upper 70s and lower 80s. The next chance for rain looks to fall on Thursday.
