Summer heat and humidity to return by midweek
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The new work week kicked off on a fantastic note with a nice breeze.
Monday night:
We will have mostly clear skies overnight with lows dipping into the mid 60s.
Tuesday:
Enjoy another fantastic summer day as our gradual warming trend continues. Humidity values will remain low. Highs top out in the mid 80s.
Wednesday:
The heat and humidity will walk through the door once again as a hot Wednesday is ahead. A few isolated showers and storms are possible in the afternoon hours. Rain and storm chances continue into the nighttime hours with isolated strong to severe storms not out of the question.
A Marginal Risk is in the place for western and northern portions of central Indiana. Main threats are damaging winds and hail.
Highs top out in the upper 80s to low 90s.
