INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We ended the work week and Spring season on a hot note with our first 90° day of the year.
Skies will remain mostly clear to partly cloudy overnight. We will hold steady in the upper 60s to low 70s for what will be a mild night.
The first day of Summer will be hot and humid, and we look to possibly hit the low 90s for our high temperatures.
There is the chance for showers and storms late in the day and into the overnight hours, but these will remain isolated.
A front will bring the chance for numerous showers and storms for our Father’s Day Sunday. Showers will be on and off throughout the day. Have the rain gear handy in case you have any outdoor plans.
Highs will top out in the upper 80s, and the humid conditions will stick around.
8 Day Forecast:
We will work in a cooling trend throughout the work week next week with daily rain and storm chances. Below normal high temperatures are possible by the end of the work week with rain chances diminishing going into next weekend.
