Terrific stretch of weather ahead
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We had a warm average summer day with isolated showers and storms across central Indiana to kick off the new work week.
Monday night:
A few isolated showers and storms can’t be ruled out for our Monday evening. Showers will diminish after sunset as cooler air sinks into the state.
Lows will fall into the low 60s.
Tuesday:
A stray shower is possible in the morning hours. Otherwise, enjoy a fantastic Tuesday with comfortable conditions and plentiful sunshine. Highs will only top out in the upper 70s to low 80s.
Wednesday:
We will continue our terrific weather trend through our Wednesday with mostly sunny skies. Highs will only rise into the upper 70s.
8 Day Forecast:
The dry air-mass, that will be in place through midweek, will continue through the end of the work week. A gradual warming trend looks to eventually work its way into the forecast by this weekend with highs returning to the mid 80s. After a dry stretch, rain and storm chances will return for the weekend as well.
