Tracking showers and storms for your Tuesday night

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We have had a fantastic Tuesday, but this will lead way to shower and storm chances for your Tuesday night with isolated strong to severe storms possible.

Tuesday night:

Storms are possible for the nighttime hours with isolated strong to severe storm chances west of Kokomo, Indianapolis, and Bloomington. A Marginal Risk is in place for west central Indiana with damaging winds as the main threat. However, we cannot rule out an isolated tornado just yet.

It will be a wet and mild night with lows only dipping into the low to mid 50s.

Have the rain gear handy as Wednesday will be our wettest day of the week with rain and isolated storms. Rain will be on and off throughout the day with heavy rain at times, and rain will continue into the evening hours.

Highs will top out in the low 60s.

Showers are likely for your Thursday as cooler air returns to the state. Highs only top out in the mid 50s.

8 Day Forecast:

Dry time returns to the forecast for your Friday as we warm up into the mid 60s. Our warming trend continues into Saturday as temperatures climb into the mid 70s for what will be a fantastic day. Rain chances look to return by Sunday.
