Warm weekend with storm chances

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We ended the work week on a cooler note with breezy winds and showers.

Friday night:

We will have a mostly clear and cooler night with breezy winds. Lows bottom out in the mid to upper 60s.

Saturday:

It will be warm for your Saturday, but humidity values will be lower. We will have partly cloudy skies throughout the day. Scattered storms are possible late in the afternoon and through the nighttime hours.

An isolated strong to severe storm is not out of the question for west central Indiana. There is a Marginal Risk of severe weather for the aforementioned region with isolated damaging winds and large hail as the main threats.

Highs top out in the mid to upper 80s.

Sunday:

We will continue the chance for scattered storms through your Sunday with mostly cloudy skies.

Highs will only top out in the low 80s.

8 Day Forecast:

The new work week looks to start off on a nice note before we quickly crank up the heat and humidity knob. Storm chances are back in the forecast for the second half of the work week. High temperatures also look to make a return to the 90s by midweek next week.
