INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A cold start to Tuesday morning with temperatures in the mid-30s! A mix of sunshine and cloud through the early part of the day with clouds thickening up through the afternoon. This afternoon will be a dry day with highs in the upper 50s. The Blue Angels Fly over this afternoon looks cool so grab a jacket to watch! On Tuesday night, lows will fall to the lower 40s.
Wednesday temperatures will continue to build as highs boost to the lower 60s. We’ll pair that up with spotty showers through the day. Expect to see plenty of dry time.
Temperatures by the later half of the work week will soar to the mid to upper 70s with scattered storm chances. There is a marginal threat for severe weather in the northwest part of the state Thursday with the main threats being damaging winds and hail! Showers and storms will continue Friday with highs in the mid-70s.
This weekend the warmth sticks around with scattered storms. Highs will warm to the upper 70s to near 80°. Good news is the warmth sticks around through next week with some summer like heat possible midweek.
