Active weather to continue

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We got off to a gloomy and damp start to the workweek with on and off showers across the state. Several more rain chances lie ahead in the forecast.

Monday night: A few isolated showers are possible this evening before we dry out by the overnight hours.

Lows will dip into the low 60s for what will be a mild and mostly cloudy night.

Tuesday: We are only tracking a few showers for our Tuesday with better rain chances off to the south during the latter half of the day.

Skies will be mainly cloudy with highs rising into the mid to upper 70s.

Wednesday: A more active day will be ahead for our Wednesday with on and off scattered showers throughout the day. Isolated storms will also be possible.

Highs will once again top out in the mid 70s.

8-Day Forecast: Rain and storm chances are set to persist for the remainder of the week. We look to move the rain out and stroll in a dry but warm weekend. Rain chances return by the start to next week. Temperatures will remain above average through the extended forecast.
