Chilly weather continues

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The start to November was a cool one for us as we are coming off of one of the wettest Octobers on record! We also got to see some sunshine before a few showers began to enter the western portion of the state in the afternoon hours.

Monday night: A cold night is ahead statewide under mostly cloudy skies. We may even see isolated showers sneak into our area tonight as well. Areas of patchy frost will develop overnight as our lows fall into the low to mid 30s.

Tuesday: Cooler temperatures will be the story for our Tuesday after a cold start to the day. Skies will become partly sunny with highs only rising into the mid to upper 40s.

Wednesday: The chilly weather trend continues into our Wednesday with lots of sunshine sticking around. Winds will stay at a light breeze throughout the day. Highs look to top out in the mid to upper 40s once again.

8-Day Forecast: A gradual warming trend will work its way into the forecast as we get into the second half of the week. Highs look to get back into the 50s by the upcoming weekend. There is also set to be a bit of quiet time in the extended forecast as well.
