Cloudy with slim rain chances Sunday
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH)–Clouds increase tonight with only a slight chance for showers in the southern part of the state Sunday.
TONIGHT: Skies become mostly cloudy heading into the evening hours. Look for temperatures to fall into the lower 60s with winds becoming light and variable.
SUNDAY: We’ll see lots of cloud cover from what’s left of Delta. Rain chances will be pretty slim for Indianapolis. It looks like much of the rain will stay in the southern part of the state. Winds pick up out of the south and may gust at 15-20 miles per hour. Highs climb into the middle 70s.
SUNDAY NIGHT: Skies stay mostly cloudy with lows falling into the upper 50s near 60.
MONDAY: We’ll see a better chance for a few scattered showers across much of the state on Monday as a cold front moves through the area. Look for partly to mostly cloudy skies with a few scattered showers by the late afternoon and early evening. Highs climb into the upper 70s close to 80.
TUESDAY: Look for lots of sunshine Tuesday with highs climbing into the lower 70s.
8DAY FORECAST: We’ll see pretty nice days Tuesday and Wednesday with lots of sunshine and highs near 70. Rain will be possible on Thursday. Temperatures fall Friday as much cooler air moves into the state. We’ll see highs likely in the upper 50s near 60 for Friday and Saturday.
