David’s Memorial Day forecast
INDIANAPOLIS(WISH) – A super Sunday will be followed by a marvelous Memorial Day weatherwise. The warming trend that started today will keep going all week. There will also be some showers moving in late Tuesday. The showers chances will be with us through Thursday.
This evening – Mostly sunny with pleasantly cool temperatures dropping from the 60s to the 50s.
This race day started very cool for late May. But during the race, the temperature warmed up by more than 20 degrees.
With lots of sunshine and light winds, the upper 60s this afternoon made for comfortable conditions for any outdoor activities.
Tonight not as chilly. Still below the average of 58, but at least we stay above the 40s.
Clouds move into Central Indiana by morning. But they should be high thin clouds that let through quite a bit of sunlight the first part of the day.
By late Monday afternoon, there is a slight chance for an isolated shower mainly in Northern Indiana. Most areas stay dry and pleasant.
Still cooler than the average high of 78, but a nice Memorial Day for cook outs or other outdoor activities.
All thorough the week, we build on the warming trend that started today. Summer-like warmth and humidity by next weekend. In between, there will be some showery weather in the middle of the week,
