INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The above average temperature trend continued through our Thursday as we once again rose into the 80s across much of the state. A gradual cooldown is on the way, but this will also lead way for the return of rain chances.
Thursday night: Skies will become partly cloudy as we work in a calm and cool night. Lows will fall into the mid to upper 50s.
Friday: A pleasant end to the workweek is ahead as slightly cooler temperatures are expected for our Friday. Enjoy a perfect afternoon as highs top out in the upper 70s to low 80s.
Weekend: Clouds will increase throughout our Saturday ahead of the return of rain chances. Scattered showers and isolated storms are possible Saturday afternoon and night. Better rain chances will roll in for our Sunday as rain is likely. A few storms are also possible for Sunday as well. Highs will be near average throughout the weekend in the low to mid 70s.
8-Day Forecast: Rain chances continue through our Monday before we look to dry things out near midweek. Highs will be sitting comfortably in the low 70s through much of next week.
