Hot and humid Labor Day weekend
Starting off the holiday weekend with a hot and humid day! Great day to hit the pool and col off as highs hit the the upper 80s with feel like temperatures creeping into the lower 90s. There’s a Marginal Risk for strong storms later this afternoon for northern Indiana with a system skirting just north of us. Tonight should stay quiet with lows in the upper 60s.
Sunday will be a touch warmer and still uncomfortable with highs in the upper 80s and mainly sunny skies. An isolated storm chance possible but nothing cancel plans over. Labor day will be a hot one to the unofficial end to summer with highs in the lower 90s and feel like temperatures in the mid to upper 90s. Tuesday continues that stretch of highs in the lower 90s with mainly sunny skies.
Next weather maker arrives by mid week spreading in rain and storms late Wednesday through the end of the week and into next weekend. Highs will be unaffected by the rain. The hot stretch of temperatures will continue through the end of week with highs flirting with the 90° mark through next weekend.
