INDIANAPOLIS (WISH)–Showers begin to end later this evening with more rain chances for the start of the workweek.

TONIGHT: Showers and thunderstorms move east throughout the evening. Skies remain partly to mostly cloudy. Look for a mild and muggy night with lows falling into the middle and upper 60s.

There is a chance some of the storms we see develop in the late evening may be on the stronger side in the western part of the state. The Storm Prediction Center does have western Indiana under a marginal risk.

MONDAY NIGHT: Showers will be possible through much of the evening hours. Lows fall into the upper 60s.

TUESDAY: Skies remain partly to mostly cloudy. There’s a slight chance for a scattered shower throughout the day. Not everyone will see rain but much needed rain may be possible. Highs climb into the lower 80s which is right around normal for this time of year.

8DAY FORECAST: The middle part of the week we’ll see lots of sunshine and dry conditions. Temperatures stay right around normal for this time of the year. Highs climb back into the middle to upper 80s by the end of the week and next weekend. Rain returns as well.
