INDIANAPOLIS (WISH)–Clouds stick around tonight with light snow developing overnight.
TONIGHT: Precipitation begins to move north into the state around midnight. It will first be in the form of a rain/snow mix before changing over to all snow. Temperatures fall close to freezing.
SUNDAY: Snow continues for the first part of the morning. Total accumulations will be around 1-2″ for areas north of Indianapolis. Areas south of Indy will see less than an inch. Clouds hang around for much of the day. highs climb into the middle and upper 30s.
SUNDAY NIGHT: Mostly cloudy with lows near 30.
MONDAY: The clouds begin to break up and we’ll see a mix of sun and clouds to start off the new work week. Highs climb a few degrees above normal into the lower 40s.
TUESDAY: Look for a quiet day with partly cloudy skies and highs in the lower 40s.
8DAY FORECAST: There’s a slight chance we may see a chance for a rain or snow shower late Wednesday. Otherwise look for partly to mostly cloudy skies with highs in the lower 40s. Temperatures fall a little closer to normal for the end of the week and into next weekend. It stays quiet with partly cloudy skies.
