One more nice day before storms return

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Comfortably cool morning with temperatures in the upper 50s and lower 60s. A few showers possible Tuesday morning in northwest Indiana.

It’ll be a dry and partly sunny day with highs in the upper 70s and lower 80s. On Tuesday night chances of showers and storms increasing, especially after midnight. Lows will cool to the mid-60s. 

Indianapolis (WISH) 

Scattered showers and storms through the day on Wednesday with highs settling to the lower 80s. A few of the storms could become strong or even severe during the afternoon. There is a slight risk across central portions of the state with the main threats being damaging hail, wind and an isolated tornado. Thursday, showers will move out with a stray shower possible in southern parts of the state. Otherwise, expect a dry day with highs in the lower 80s. 

The end of the week looks great with mostly cloudy skies and highs still a bit above the average high. Most will warm to the lower 80s Next chance of scattered showers and storms arrives later Saturday and through the day Sunday with highs in the lower 80s.
