INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Breezy winds and clouds move out tonight.
After a cloud filled, windy afternoon, we’ll see quieter weather settling in starting tonight. Expect mainly clear conditions. Temperatures will tumble quickly as the winds back off. Overnight lows fall to the lower 50s across the area.
Beautiful day on tap! Full blast sunshine, with only a few clouds building later in the afternoon. Highs top out in the upper 70s.
Wednesday & Thursday rain:
Much of the day is dry. We’ll track an upper level wave moving through the Midwest, which will spark a few showers and storms across the area as early as Wednesday afternoon. Better chances for rain coming our way Wednesday overnight into Thursday.
Expect gusty winds along with colder temperatures on Thursday along with the shower and storm chances.

A brief quiet day on Friday before rain chances are renewed for the weekend into Monday of next week. We’ll likely see temperatures rebound to near normal, with highs around 80° starting this weekend.
