Sunday storms possible

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH)– Cloudy, mild and muggy tonight with more storms on the way for Sunday.

TONIGHT: A few scattered showers and storms are possible tonight. It’s going to be mild and muggy with lows falling into the low and middle 60s.

SUNDAY: Clouds stick around for much of the day. Showers and even a few thunderstorms are possible for the afternoon and evening.

There’s a marginal risk for much of Indiana. This means some of the thunderstorms may reach severe criteria. The main threat is damaging winds and hail. Heavy rainfall is also possible.

Highs Sunday climb into the middle and upper 70s.

MONDAY: Look for lots of clouds to start the new workweek. It’s going to be much cooler and we’ll also see a chance for a few showers. Highs Monday will be below normal in the middle 60s.

8DAY FORECAST: Cloudy skies and scattered showers will be possible for the first few days of the workweek. Temperatures stay below normal and will slowly rise for the end of the week. Highs climb back into the upper 70s and close to 80 for next weekend.
