Warm, dry weekend on the way!

INDIANAPOLIS — Happy Friday! Bundle up if you’re head out the door early this morning! With clear skies and a light north wind, temps have managed to sink into the upper 20s and low 30s again this morning.

You’ll be able to shed the winter coat later today as highs gradually climb into the upper 50s under sunny skies.

If you’re headed out this evening, perhaps to the Pacers game or anything else that you might have to walk to, just take a sweatshirt or light jacket. Temperatures will sink into the mid to upper 40s before midnight and eventually into the mid 30s by Saturday morning.

Clouds will begin to increase through the day Saturday. After the mostly sunny start to the day, just 12 hours later, we’ll see mostly sunny skies.

Highs will manage to top out in the low 60s regardless of mostly cloudy skies both Saturday and Sunday. We’ll stay dry both days, so get outside and enjoy the warm-up!

Temperatures will continue to climb as we head back into another work week with highs just shy of the 70 degree mark Monday.

As temps climb, rain chances will also start to rise. After a dry weekend and a nice start to the work week, isolated showers will return Monday with better rain chances by mid-week.

Highs will dip slightly with the rain chances Wednesday and Thursday of next week before rebounding in a big way by next Friday!
