We’re taking it to the stairs for today’s workout with Tim Griffin of the Carmel Fire Department!

He joined us today with a few exercises you can do on the stairs in the comfort of your own home, at work or anywhere else you can find them.

It is not just about using your legs to go up and down the steps. He shows you how to get your upper body in on the action, as well.
