Jan Mitchell is using her experience of becoming a widow to help people deal with the loss of a spouse. Her book, SUDDENLY Single Widows Edition: Navigating Grief While Colliding with Purpose, shares more about how she coped with this change in her life. She’s also the founder of the non-profit organization, She Moves Forward, Inc. which helps other widows and widowers in finding their new path and purpose after the death of their spouse.
