The secret sauce is Mozel Sanders Barbecue Sauce.

100% of the profit from the sale of the BBQ sauce will go to feeding the hungry through the Mozel Sanders Foundation.

We put Andrew Caplinger of Caplinger’s Fresh Catch Seafood to the test in our kitchen!

He created a Seafood Bisque only using leftovers from our refrigerator and his segment from earlier that day. 

There’s nothing fishy about these recipes!

Today in the Indy Style Kitchen, Chef Andrew Caplinger of Caplinger’s Fresh Catch gave us a taste of those delicious Shrimp & Grits and New England Style Clam Chowder.

Meanwhile, Jason Acquisto, marketing manager for McFarling Foods was also here to share that McFarling Foods not only partners with local businesses, they also partner with local schools. Below are some of the donations they’ve been able to provide:

Groundwork Indy – we donated 135 cases of milk half-pints to be distributed to local school age children

Fishers High School – we donated 110 lbs of pasta to their “Pasta Bowl”, to be donated to local food pantries

Warren Township Schools – partnering with school board and Moorhead Community Resource Center to provide supplemental food and snacks for students and families in need

North Central High School – we sponsored their tailgate party to kick off football season, supplied all food for cookout
