You can get a taste of his wonderful work on Saturday, April 30 at the Bev Hartig Huntington’s Disease Foundation fundraiser. He is partnering with them to provide the VIP Experience for the evening and his service will be available as an auction item.
Here are the recipes from today’s cocktails:
“The Bevertini”

(named in honor of Bev Hartig and the Huntington Disease Foundation)
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Vodka
- 0.5 oz. Dry Curacao
- 0.5 oz. St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz. Cranberry-Mandarin-Vanilla elixir
- 0.5 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- Bsp Cranberry jam soaked in Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- Bsp Artisano’s Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Sprigs Fresh rosemary
Directions:
Muddle the rosemary, cranberry jam and lemon juice.
Add the rest of the ingredients and ice.
Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, and double-strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with smoked rosemary and dehydrated mandarin.
“Butterfly Kisses”

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Lavender infused Aviation gin
- 1 oz. Hard Truth Hills toasted coconut rum
- 5 oz. Marie Brizard Parfait Amour
- 1 oz. Butterfly Pea Flower tea
- 1 oz. Ruby Grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
- 2 dashes Grapefruit bitters
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until well chilled.
Stain over ice into a large Collins glass.
Garnish with an orchid and fresh lavender.

We are determined to savor those Fall flavors as we get closer to Thanksgiving! Brett Butler, mixologist and owner of Alcomy LLC., made two fall cocktails that are perfect for the holiday season!
“Cider House Rules”
This is a spiced apple cider cocktail with Caribbean rum, allspice, apple cider jam, lemon and rosemary.

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Kraken Black Spiced Rum
- 1 oz. Plantation 5 Year Rum
- 1/2 oz. Allspice Dram
- 1 oz. Apple-Cinnamon Tea- Brown Sugar simple syrup
- 3/4 oz. Lemon juice
- 1 bsp Apple Cider Jam
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin and gently muddle the rosemary for about 20 seconds, then add ice. Shake vigorously for another 20 seconds, and double-strain contents into a coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice and Fall maple leaf.
“Maple Milk Punch”
This is a centuries-old classic with Fall flavors like maple bourbon, apple brandy, walnut liqueur, milk and nutmeg.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Knob Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon
- 1/2 oz. Laird’s Applejack Brandy
- 1/2 oz. Walnut liqueur
- 2 oz. Apple Jacks Cereal Milk
- 3/4 oz. Alcomy Old Fashioned mix
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until fully emulsified and frothy. Strain into a double old fashioned glass and garnish with fresh nutmeg and whole star anise.

A spicy watermelon mojito with fresh watermelon, cucumber-infused rum, jalapeno, lime and mint. (Inspired by Lana del Rey’s cover of Sublime’s “Doin’ Time”)
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Cucumber-infused Rum
- 1 oz. Jalapeno simple syrup
- 1/2 oz. Aloe Juice
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 2-3 Sprigs Fresh Mint
- dash Himalayan Pink Salt
- splash Sparkling Watermelon Juice or Seltzer
Directions:
- Shake ingredients together
- Garnish with a bruleed watermelon sword and fresh mint
(One Last) Summer Thyme Fling:

A luscious ode to Summer, with Gray Whale Gin, strawberries, rhubarb, elderflower, lemon and fresh thyme
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Gray Whale Gin
- 1 oz. Rhubarb Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 3-4 Fresh strawberries
- 3 Sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 bsp Pineapple White Balsamic
Directions:
- Shake ingredients together
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme and strawberry

“Mock Tai”
This is a refreshing, tropical mix of Island flavors with Tiki essence and no alcohol.
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Orange Juice
- 1 oz. Organic Coconut Water
- 3/4 oz. Alcomy Old Fashioned Elixir
- 1/2 dropper of Bittermen’s Tiki Bitters
- dash of homemade grenadine
Directions:
- Shake ingredients together
- Garnish with a bruleed pineapple-cherry sword and fresh mint.
“Mai Tai”
This is the original recipe made famous by Trader Vic Bergeron.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Plantation Dark Jamaican Rum
- 1 oz. Light Rum
- 1/2 oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz. Orgeat
- 3/4 oz. Demerara syrup
Directions:
- Shake ingredients together
- Garnish with a spent half-lime and fresh mint.

Brett Butler shares his “heart healthy” cocktails that taste even better than they look!
The first “heart-healthy” cocktail includes delicious super greens, matcha green tea, and much more. The Asian cocktail includes lychee, honey, lemongrass, and much more!
A Matcha Made in Heaven

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Matcha green tea infused Vodka
- 1 oz. Super greens puree
- 1.5 oz. Honey ginger pear simple syrup
- .25 oz. Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 3-4 dashes Orange blossom water
Add all ingredients to cobbler shaker or mixing tins. Dry shake, then add ice and wet shake until thoroughly chilled and mixed. Strain into coupe or martini glass and garnish with microgreens and cucumber sword.
Super Greens Puree
Ingredients
- 1 cup Super Greens (kale, spinach, collared greens, frisee)
- 2 celery stalks, cut in 1 inch chunks
- 1 green apple
- 1 Bartlett pear
- 1/2 Cucumber, cut in chunks
Directions
Juice all ingredients and strain through a chinois or metal strainer.
Blue Velvet

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Botanical Gin
- 1 oz. Blueberry Acai Probiotics juice drink (Brand: Good Belly Store: Whole Foods)
- 1.25 oz. Blueberry lavender sage syrup
- 1 oz. Butterfly pea flower tea
- .5 oz. Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 3-4 fresh sage leaves
Directions
Add all ingredients to cobbler shaker or mixing tins. Add ice and wet shake until thoroughly chilled and mixed. Pour over a large vanilla almond milk ice cube. Garnish with a blueberry sword and lemon twist.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Jeptha Creed Honey Flavored Vodka
- 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- Soda Water
Prep:
- Add all of the ingredients into a shaker tin.
- Add ice to shaker tin and shake vigorously.
- Strained over ice into a pint glass and topped with soda water.
Humiliations Galore! — Aromatics tastes finished with bubbles
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Jeptha Creed Blackberry Moonshine
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Rosemary Syrup
- Prosecco
Prep:
- Add Jeptha Creed Blackberry Moonshine, Lemon Juice, and Rosemary Syrup to shaker
- Add ice to shaker
- Shake until outside is cold with condensation
- Strain contents of shaker into coupe glass
- Top with Prosecco
- Garnish with Rosemary

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Jeptha Creed Coffee Flavored Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Pumpkin Puree’
- 1/2 oz. Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 oz. Cold Brew Unsweetened Coffee
- 1 oz Bourbon Cream or Half & Half
Prep:
- Place all ingredients in a shaker
- Add ice to shaker
- Shake until outside is cold with condensation

Inconceivable! — High Proof Bourbon Manhattan infused with mysterious smoking process
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Jeptha Creed 4 Grain Straight Bourbon
- 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 2 Dashes of Ne Oueblie Walnut Bitters
Luxardo Cherries
Prep:
- Add Jeptha Creed 4 Grain Straight Bourbon
- Vermouth and Bitters to a large mixing glass with ice
- Stir to a chill then strain over ice
- Cold smoke infusion for approximately one-minute in serving glass
- Garnish with cherry

Mint Julep

- 2 oz Jeptha Creed 4 Grain Straight Bourbon
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- Mint Sprigs
Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup and crushed ice, pour in Bourbon stir add additional crushed ice. Garnish with mint leaves
Oaks Lily Cocktail

- 1 oz Jeptha Creed Original Vodka
- ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup fresh
- 3 oz Cranberry Juice
- Splash of Orange Liqueur
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake until cold, strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and blackberry skewer.
Bluegrass Belle

- 2 oz Jeptha Creed Blueberry Flavored Vodka
- 1 oz Mint Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 2 Mint Sprig
Top with Lemon Lime sparkling
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin and muddle mint sprig. Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously. Strain shaker into a tall glass with ice and then top with lemon lime sparkling. Give a gentle stir and garnish with mint sprig.
