As the nation continues to grapple with COVID-19 and social justice, a lot of people are asking what businesses should be doing to help solve complex problems. It’s called corporate social responsibility or CSR, and one company with a well-known spokes-duck is taking a special interest. 

Aflac’s study also found that consumers trust in government to make the world a better place and their overall concern for environmental issues both dipped during the COVID-19 pandemic compared to last year’s survey.
