Here are three burger toppings we never would’ve thought of — blue cheese, fire roasted corn salsa and pickled red onion, but that’s how Chef Chefski Laskowski makes his, “Blue cheese crusted fillet sliders.” Today, he also toasted the buns with ramp butter and served them with a side of “Buffalo Bacon Smoked Potato Salad.”
