It’s almost November, but you may still have some leftover tomatoes from the summer! Jason Michael Thomas, chef and owner of Urban Awareness Gardens, has two recipes to put them to great use. Today he made Heirloom Tomato Jam and Heirloom Tomato Bisque.

Jason Michael Thomas of Urban AG Indy has been selling Brunch Sandwiches at the Broad Ripple Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Thomas showed us how to perfect his new addition to the sandwiches, caramelized onions.
