1 person shot and killed on southeast side

UPDATE: The man has been identified as 25-year-old Timothy Lamont Rucker Jr.

Police believe that the shooting happened before police were dispatched and are investigating the shooting as a homicide.

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — One person is dead after being shot Sunday afternoon at the 5000 block of Padre Lane on the southeast side of Indianapolis, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
